Preliminary interviews are arranged by us prior to selection and shortlist for interview together with our client.
We then facilitate and hold first interviews in conjunction with you and your H.R. team, assisting in the selection of a shortlist, identifying and commenting on the candidate’s weaknesses and strengths and overall suitability for the position.
Our support continues through to final interview, candidate selection, offer and to successful acceptance and completion once references have been collected.
